Software License Agreement
Summary license for checkout acceptance. Formal contracts may be signed separately. Virtual digital goods—all sales final (except mandatory law). Updated 2026-07-27.
1. Licensor
Software is licensed by Jiangsu Zhongzhu Technology Co., Ltd. You receive usage rights as purchased; remaining IP stays with Zhongzhu.
2. Scope
Unless stated otherwise: deploy and customize within plan limits. Redistribution of source, resale of packages, or removal of marks is prohibited (except white-label plans).
3. Delivery
Downloads are available under My licenses after payment. Demo environments may ship placeholders; production uses signed ZIP packages.
4. Virtual goods · No returns
All products sold on this store are virtual digital goods (software licenses, code and/or agreed delivery packages). Payment completes the sale and activates entitlements. No returns, exchanges, or no-reason refunds. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, all sales are final. Confirm product, plan, and license scope before ordering.
5. Restrictions
No unlawful use, license circumvention, false authorship claims, or harmful applications.
6. Updates
Updates and support follow the purchased plan only.
7. Disclaimer
Software is provided as-is. Zhongzhu is not liable for indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.
8. Governing law
Laws of the PRC apply. Disputes go to courts at Zhongzhu’s domicile.
